1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products as consumable health goods, we have a structured policy to ensure the safety and integrity of all items.

· Unopened Products: We gladly accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

· Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund. Photo evidence may be required.

· Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been opened, used, or where the seal is broken. This policy is strictly enforced to guarantee the safety and quality of our teas for all customers.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at  contact@tcmtaichi.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the return authorization and the shipping address for your return.

3. Ship the Item: Mail the unopened product in its original packaging to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

· If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

· Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.

· Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchanges (For Damaged or Incorrect Products)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we made an error in fulfilling your order. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us at the email address above.
